Castlebar are the 2025 All Ireland Champions going to Connacht for a second time. Runner up Carton House (Leinster) and Belvoir Park (Ulster) & Charlefille (Munster) lying 3rd and 4th. What a weekend even the horrible weather on Sunday did not dampen the spirit and comraderie, with the four teams finishing off with a great sing song and many wittty contributions and then danced the night away.

As teams lined up to tee off Mary McKenna was there to wish them luck - there is great excitement so far the weather is behaving. Great to see so many supporters from all around the country.

Great excitement at the opening ceremony, our resident piper lead the four teams across the bridge headed by our two Captains Gavin Byrne & Pauline Smith, our President Gavin Moran and Mary McKenna herself. Each manager then introduced their team, and then the draw for the semi finals took place. The ceremony was then rounded off with a glass of bubbles.

As President of Woodenbridge Golf Club, it was truly an honour to welcome the legendary Mary McKenna to the opening ceremony of the 9th edition of the prestigious tournament that bears her name.
After months of provincial competition, we're down to our final four champions – and what a lineup it promises to be! Three teams will experience the beauty and challenge of Woodenbridge G.C. for the very first time, while Belvoir Park (Ulster Champions) return as familiar visitors to our course, having reached the All-Ireland finals twice before – but to date, the ultimate prize has remained tantalizingly out of reach.
The teams for 2025 are:

Woodenbridge is in magnificent condition and ready to provide a fitting stage for what promises to be an unforgettable weekend of inter-club golf.

The draw of the Mary McKenna Diamond Trophy finals take place, on Friday 12th at 6:30pm at the opening ceremony and followed by a Prosecco reception in the clubhouse. We encourage all members, and friends to attend the opening ceremony on Friday evening to give the finalists a very warm welcome to Woodenbridge Golf Club and wish them all well in their matches on Saturday and Sunday.

The Opening Ceremony will take place outside the main entrance of the Clubhouse on Friday 12th September 2025 starting at 6.30pm. We would like to remind any golfers playing on Friday afternoon that there will be restricted access to the course whilst the opening ceremony is taking place and the 18th hole will be closed off from 6.00pm. The tee times on both days are 10 am and 11am. It will certainly be an exciting weekend for all the teams, especially for the three teams that haven’t been to the finals previously. We wish the teams and their supporter well over the All Ireland final weekend.
