2016 Finals MMK Diamond Trophy
The four Provincial finalists of the 2016 Finals of the Mary McKenna Diamond Trophy were Slade Valley Leinster, Belvoir Park Ulster, Clonmel Golf Club Munster and Tuam Golf Club Connaught. The finals were held in Woodenbridge Golf Club on September 9th, 10th and 11th 2016.
Turning out for the opening ceremony on Friday 9th the draw was held to schedule the semi finals for Saturday 10th.
Semi Final 1 - Slade Valley GC vs Tuam and Semi Final 2 Clonmel GC vs Belvoir Park
3rd & 4th Play off Tuam GC vs Clonmel GC and the Final Slade Valley GC vs Belvoir Park

The finals weekend hosted by Lady Captain Bernie Darcy joined by Mary McKenna MBE who was in the club all weekend to greet and give an odd bit of advice to all the teams and their supporters. It was a lovely weekend enjoyed by all and the final Gala Dinner Sunday evening was an enormous success attended by all the teams their manager the sponsors, Captain Bernie Darcy, President Bernie Doyle, and the fantastic committee chaired by Susan Fitzpatrick.
