The Welcome Ceremony was held on Friday 4th September in Woodenbridge Golf Club. The four finalist teams marched across the bridge led by our resident Piper and the Club Officers. President Naomi Stapleton & J.B. Carr Chairperson T.J. Mernagh welcomed the teams to the club. The Team Managers introduced the teams & our Alastair Davies gave a fine rendition of local tunes. The draw for the semi-finals was done by Mr. Henry Crummy assisted by Lady Captain Liz Elkinson & Captain Michael Kavanagh. A wine reception with canapés was held in the bar afterwards.
